All owners are able to play an active role in the Valdoro River House Homeowners Association which will work with Hilton Grand Vacations Club to professionally manage the property. The Reservation system has been designed to make enjoying the property simple. Each owner is provided with 70,500 Hilton Club points annually. These points allow you the flexibility to travel when and where you choose. You can stay at your new second home, the Valdoro River House 4-8 weeks annually depending on when you visit or you have the opportunity to discover the world by exchanging with the distinctive Hilton Hotels & Resorts and affiliate properties. Valdoro River House Reservations Fixed Week – At the time of purchase, each owner will choose a deeded winter ski week (16,800 HGVC points) that best fits your travel schedule. No need to book a reservation, you will have the same fixed week every year…it’s that simple. Floating Weeks – After your fixed week, you have 53,700 HGVC remaining points that you choose when you want to travel. These points may be used at the Valdoro River House or with Hilton Grand Vacations Club and RCI properties. Reservations for the Valdoro River House will be on a Priority Designation and will shift one priority each year. The rotation will be opposite for summer and winter dates. Example: if you have first priority for winter, you will be last priority for summer. River House Reservation Booking Schedule: Setting The Board Period - Float weeks can be reserved 12 months to 11 months from the season and will be assigned based on Priority Designation. Closed Reservation Period - 11 months to 6 months prior to the start of the season is exclusive reservations for House Owners only. If your travel plans should change, during this period weeks can be traded amongst the owners, add/drop fixed & floating weeks and can be given up for HGVC Points.
